I snapped this on my way to teach a class at Grand View University. It was part of an art display. Nonetheless, it smarts. I made myself feel better by whispering, "You forgot the period!"
Good point. Students tend to get the opposite impression.
This student could have legitimate concerns or could just be a crank. Actually I'm not sure if it's a real comment or part of an art display. I couldn't tell.
Another plus is that, despite the complaint, the student still thinks professors are underpaid.
